NFL network analysts Steve Mariucci and Kurt Warner reviewed the Redskins 2012 schedule in a recently televised segment, each predicting 3 wins out of a schedule that is the sixth easiest in the NFL. Even taking into account the ‘Skins likely addition of Robert Griffin III, they are sticking with their call for another woebegone season in terms of the win-lost column, including a big fat o-fer in the NFC East.
Personally, I can’t see that happening. Even in their most moribund of seasons, the Redskins have always been competitive in divisional games. I can easily envision an even split in NFC East matchups. The range of predictions in the blogosphere have run the gamut from 16-0 to 0-16. Me, I’ll split the difference. 8-8 this year.
